ACT SCORE
The organization hosts ACT and Advanced Placement test preparation sessions for interested high school students. These exams are valuable in the college application process and students may receive college credit depending on their score on AP tests. These sessions are led by recent test takers who have scored highly on the given test. For the ACT, all our student teachers have scored 32+ on their exams, including several perfect scorers!
These sessions are hosted in the late winter and spring, as Appleton Area School District students take the ACT in March and AP tests in May. In the past these sessions have been very well attended and attendees showed marked improvement. While the status of these tests for the 2021-2022 school year are still indeterminate, the Appleton Youth Education Initiative hopes to assist students in their preparation in whatever form they take.
