support students interested in the medical field by offering networking opportunities with healthcare professionals in Northeast Wisconsin. Noticing the widening gap between students and the healthcare field post-COVID, AYEI launched this initiative to address the issue. This initiative promotes both personal and professional growth among students, encouraging them to envision their future careers. At its launch this coming fall, the student-led nonprofit plans to host numerous healthcare professionals for stimulating discussions with students in 9th grade and forward. As an integral part of the initiative, AYEI will organize field trips through the Appleton Area School District (AASD) and surrounding districts, providing students with direct exposure to various healthcare settings and professionals. These field trips aim to enrich students' understanding of the healthcare industry and inspire them to pursue careers in medicine.
